We are pleased to share an important milestone for LiNA Medical.

LiNA Medical has completed the acquisition of UroCure, a U.S.-based medical device company specializing in mid-urethral sling systems for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). This acquisition strengthens LiNA Medical’s women’s health and urogynecology portfolio by adding UroCure’s clinically proven sling technologies—designed to support reliable continence outcomes using established surgical techniques.

UroCure has been a long-standing distribution partner of LiNA Medical, making this a natural next step in our collaboration. By fully integrating these solutions into our platform, we will assume responsibility for manufacturing, commercialization, and ongoing product support.

This step reflects our continued commitment to expanding thoughtfully designed, surgeon-driven solutions across women’s health—supporting clinicians and improving care for patients worldwide.
